  Had the pleasure of dealing with a Shontae. After checking in, she yelled from the room for me to go pee. She said the cup is in the bathroom. The cup was a drinking cup with plastic sauce container cover. There’s also no soap in the bathroom. I went back out and she called me into the room. At this point she had not introduced herself. She asked me to confirm my name and address and then got ready to draw blood. I then asked her to close the door because patients can see and to kindly introduce herself. She closed the door and said “I’m Shontae” I passively asked if she was okay and she said no I don’t want more walk ins to come before 4:30. At no point did she advise what she was doing.m or asking if I was ready. She just drew the blood and said I was good to go. We didn’t say bye to each other or anything. I leave and call the 3rd party company and they said she needed to ask me about the lab that needed to be done and now my tests won’t be sent to the right company. I turn around quickly and she was closed before 4:30pm.

  Claudia no longer works here but I got Alexis and she was a great phlebotomist. I have a fear of needles and can get panic attacks/dizzy but she was really to the point, quick, able to find veins easily, and accommodated requests using butterfly needles and “counting down” for me (requested). I was in an out with little to no wait time (appt was at 10:10 on a Tuesday)

  I rarely if ever have to wait. The check in is quick and easy if the paperwork has been sent in or if I bring it in. Always nice and professional!
