Do not fill your prescriptions at this pharmacy! The manager does not care about you! I was picking up a DoorDash for a customer, and they needed a box of syringes. Who knows maybe they have diabetes. The pharmacy manager would not let me take them. Then my customer calls the pharmacy and explains what was going on, And the manager still wouldn’t let me take them. Do not fill your prescriptions at this pharmacy! They do not care about you! Randalls: if you’re not going to let a DoorDash driver pick up a box of syringes for a customer, then it shouldn’t be available on your DoorDash page to add to an order.

I visit this pharmacy every month for my meds however, since Covid, this pharmacy is really bad. Yesterday, I called and no one bothered answering the phone throughout the day so, I had no choice but to drive to the pharmacy. The lady working the register confirmed to me that my prescription would not be ready until the following day since it could not be filled until then. I said no problem and advised that I would pick it up tomorrow. So, today I called the pharmacy FIVE TIMES over a six hour span trying to confirm that my prescription was ready for pick up and again, no one bothers answering the phone. This is SO frustrating! So, I had no choice but to drive the 20 mile hike to the pharmacy and after waiting in line for 10 mins, I am now told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready and it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. This is unacceptable! As I told the lady working, if you would ANSWER YOUR PHONE, you would make everyone’s life much easier (including yours). The lady in front of me had the exact same issue. I would at least had some sort of a heads up that my prescription wasn’t ready. Will take my prescriptions somewhere else moving forward.
