We needed some assistance and Ashley came to us, hands in pocket, pressed some buttons and walked away. She never said anything so we told her our country doesn’t offer that service. She never acknowledged us. We didn’t see what part was the scale so we asked her again to show us. Hands in pockets, she walked over, pointed to the scale and walked away. When we were walking out, we wanted to ask her not to be so dismissive as we just needed some help. However, she was on her phone and didn’t look up when we approached her, so we just asked her what her name was and walked out. Come on HEB! You need to train your staff to be helpful!
