Then when I reconnected the lady sounded very annoyed, putting words in my mouth just to make herself sound right, without addressing the issue. I gave up and just ended the call since her tone was very annoyed, I felt there was no point and I would not get the help I was seeking. We’re dealing with our medical issues as it is, the workers should be more considerate and mindful.
