- TRTim RayDec 31, 20252.0Two stars is the best rating I can give them; however, had I written this review six months ago, I would have given them five stars. Over the past several months, I have noticed a decline in both the quality of the service provided and medication dispensed. There are two major problems I have experience which have altered my view. 1) They have not been prompt in filling my prescriptions. Two months in a row I had to call them because because I was out of medication, even though my Doctor had sent the prescription the previous week. 2) They switched to a less effective generic brand for one of my medications. When reported the issues I was having with my medication, the pharmacist seemed to dismiss my concerns. This response was especially egregious because the new generic brand has a known history of serious quality control problems, including mislabeling medications with the wrong dosage. After nearly a decade as a satisfied HEB pharmacy customer, I am looking for new pharmacy.
