  I have long been a Quest client in Mt. Morris, MI. Your establishment far exceeds my expectations. Your waiting room is bright and inviting. Wait times nominal and staff friendly when engaged. My only less than stellar comment is to have staff put on a smile and friendly greeting for clients. Many people are there for routine draws but some are there for reasons that might seem scary to them…a smile goes a long way. A friendly greeting can mean the world to someone.

  Quest has improved 100%. I had a great visit in Clear Lake. The wait was less than 5 minutes after checking in, and the check in process was a breeze with the camera that reads your drivers license and insurance cards. The tech was nice and very efficient. I would recommend this branch in Clear Lake on Bay Area Blvd.

  I had an excellent experience at Quest Diagnostics thanks to Janet! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I went in for a biometric screening, and she handled everything with professionalism and care. What really stood out was how gentle and skilled she was during the blood draw—I barely felt a thing! She made the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s clear that Janet truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Janet, for turning what can sometimes be a nerve-wracking visit into such a positive experience! 🫶😀
