  Dr. Bachman is the best. She has an amazing bedside manner and knows how to make her patient feel comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend her to anybody

  Well, it wasn't a bad experience, however I was diagnosed with an eye issue and I was given no paperwork or even an email about my condition. I feel this isn't professional at all..The attitude of the Dr was basically, "sit and wait." I feel I should have received some paperwork on my condition.

  My wait time in the reception area went over 15 minutes, so I told the receptionist, as the sign in the room told me to do. She said I would be next & then 2 more other people were called in. The receptionist just ignored me. Once in the treating area, all technicians were very professional, especially Jennifer. Dr Amanda Bachman, as always, was outstanding in every way. She was appropriately personal & very professional. This was all at the Webster branch on Feathercraft. Thank you.

  I have been a client for years and considered my treatment 4-5 star in the past. Today’s 2/23/26 “examination” by a new intern OD consisted of nothing more than checking eye pressure and being told that the results of my past annual exams didn’t change much. Spent about four minutes with me without even examining my eyes. My optometrist gives a more exhaustive exam than this person. Intern ODs in the past have demonstrated a high degree of competence and patient interest which was totally lacking today.

  I found the doctor and staff were knowledgeable and respectful. The BIG problem I had and heard other patients complaining about was how long the appointment was taking. It would have been much better if we were told in advance how long we would be there. I expected maybe an hour but I ended up being there for over 4 hours which would’ve been ok if I knew in advance I would be there that long. Thankfully I didn’t have other commitments that day.
