They do NOT want to help you and act like its a chore to move. I wanted to cancel my membership and when I tried they practically made me freeze my account saying that way I wouldn't be charged for the month, but they still charged me. And again when I went to cancel my membership they told me even though I went 7 days before the draft date, that I would still be charged. They are loosing so many customers left and right that they need every single penny.
