That part is my fault. It was in a bag. They filled it for me forever. I didn't assume they did something wrong. I've gotten home with it. I opened the bag. It's wrong and all they can say is oh sorry. What a horrible horrible way to handle customer service. This is pathetic

I had a prescription I needed to fill that was close to having the refills be expired, I requested the refill, but realized I would not be back from out of town in time to pick it up before they restocked it. I called the pharmacy and they agreed to hold it for a couple of additional days. It was understood that I would be picking it up on a certain day. On that day I arrived at the pharmacy at 4 o'clock and they said that it was already restocked that morning and the head pharmacist said that there was nothing they could do. They never said that I needed to be there by a certain time before it would be restocked, I was under the impression I had until the end of the day to pick it up, because why wouldn't I if they never said otherwise? They had a very "oh well" attitude about it. I will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. If they honestly cared about their patients they would have handled this situation differently.
