  This is the worst care facility ever. Over crowded, the Dr's don't keep up with follow up appointments. This is the 3rd time that an unfortunate situation happened to me. The first incident i went in for my follow up and they had no record of anything and the assistant that seen me at the time asked me to let her know why I was there. While trying to explain to her why I was there she kept interrupting me. She interrupted me continuously and I ask to see the original Dr. He came in with 3 other staff members and said he wasn't treating me anymore due to me complaining. The 2ud incident i came into my appointment 20 to 30 minutes early and still waiting for over 2 hrs they finally called me into to room and had no idea why I was there. Couldn't find anything on the charts. I showed them my appointment confirmation for my follow up visit after getting 3 MRI scans and them not having a clue as to why I was there. The 3rd time I ordered GLP from them didn't receive it call to let them know they finally called back 2 weeks later and said I need to contact UPS. My money and time just goes down the drain when I walk through the door of this facility. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Medical staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I called about a billing statement e-mailed to me. Getting ahold of someone was like pulling teeth and their mail-box is full so no-one can leave a message. I called 9 times before getting a person. When I asked why I owed more than my co-pay, the person hung up. It took another 4 calls to get someone else. They seemed helpful and sent the statement to be reviewed.

  The staff and Dr. Peck are wonderful. They are all very nice and are willing to help in anyway possible. Totally recommend them

  This was our first visit, and it was a great start. I hope we will be able to continue working together for a long time. My first impression was very positive: the place was clean, the staff were polite, and everything was handled efficiently with quick solutions. The doctor was professional, understanding, and solution-oriented, which I really appreciated. Overall, based on my first visit, I would give a 10/10.

  MA was excellent and attentive Front desk and other staff made my visit experience special. Dr Topiwala and her team have excellent bedside manners . Thank you
