  There clearly needs to be accountability and a concrete solution implemented. Patients should not have to chase down basic information or physically deliver orders because phone systems and internal processes are not functioning. I respectfully request immediate action and a clear plan for resolving this issue so that no other patient experiences this level of difficulty accessing care.

  I was so nervous getting a needle put in my arm for an infusion, but all the ladies there , the receptionist, all the nurses are so sweet and caring !! Always smiling ☺️ and are so gentle. Sad I had my last infusion due to the sky rocketed insurance prices I lost my health care. But anyone going here you are in good hands ! 🥰

  Clear Lake Infusion Center has the most amazing nurses! They truly care for their patients. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with kindness and smiles. My nurse explained my infusion and made sure I completely understood the process before starting my IV. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you again! 😊
