    I LOVE THIS PLACE. Dr. Topawala is the BEST!!! Very Patient and Great Listener to Your Issues. Doesn’t Rush her Patients In and Out👍! On top of how GREAT she is, Her Nurse is Absolutely the Best as well. Always VERY Friendly and Pleasant! ❤️❤️❤️ CLS ❤️❤️❤️ -Michelle Baggerley

    My mom called to make an appointment with Dr. Suresh as she has seen him at another office and been pleased with him as a doctor. Unfortunately, the staff is not professional or courteous. My mom mentioned she had Cigna supplemental which she would take to the office. When I went to present her cards, one front office attendant said they would not be in contract with Cigna next year. The one sitting next to her said it started November 1st. I explained that Medicare has told me any place that takes Medicare also takes any supplemental. They insisted that was not the case for their office and she would have to pay 20%. I explained that even places that will not bill her supplemental have never asked that and she would not be paying that as they would eventually get reimbursed. The attendant said "As I've said...." I told them to cancel her appointment and thanked them for their time. If this is the case, the person who helped my mom make her appointment should have told her. When I have worked in customer service, I have been trained that phrases such as "As I've said" are condescending regardless of how politely they are said. That is exactly how this situation felt. Even if my information was incorrect, the receptionists did not have any reason to be rude. I wasted time and gas only to be spoken to rudely.

    Had a great visit earlier this week with Dr Khan. Great personality, took time to explain exam results and suggested treatment. His assistant Laura was phenomenal the whole time, really took care of us and cared about us as people not just patients. We'll be back.

    Dr Khan was very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend. Front end lady said I had to pay $69 to get the prescription. So what was my $40 co pay for eye exam cover. Why are vision and dental checkup billing always complicated and with hidden charges.
