  I am so unhappy with CLS HEALTH with creating claims and charges my insurance company is not aware of.My insurance company is not aware any of these claims. When I renew my insurance next time. I will not use CLS HEALTH again. I don't like having created claims that I'm not aware of. I don't have to pay anything to see my doctor but they're adding some secret charges. I tried to report it to the BBB,but since CLS HEALTH has not joined their membership I could not leave a complaint and a review. Now I also see how the BBB works. I will also make a complaint to the Attorney General office and the medical board to see if anything can be done. I am not happy with CLS HEALTH major billing issues. I'm sure more people will start complaining about it once they start noticing these claims that was never mentioned or listed on anything.

  Last week my mom had an appointment with Pain Management Doctor Ahmed and she was not seen because her referral form had expired. I understand that’s procedure however would have been nice for the front office to let us know that her referral had expired or was about to expired when they schedule the appointment. They waited for us to arrive for the appointment to let us know that the referral was expired and the sad thing is that my mom visits their office once a month.

  I was in so much pain I couldn't drive more than 20 minutes without every muscle in my legs and hips tightening up.. When my PCP recommended physical therapy, I was skeptical. After 4 visits, the difference is amazing. I am sleeping better and I can drive. I still have some tightness but after another 4 visits. I should be ready for a road trip. I will be referring this office to friends and family, excellent facility and kind staff. Thank you Dr. Hussein.
