  Pathetic check in. Where is the human touch. Ridiculous Back staff is very friendly but I'm sure they have to hear the complaints

  Excellent care all around. Immediately taken back to get lab work right after I checked in. Very happy overall! Phlebotomist was excellent. No pain at all from the needle insertion. Very friendly staff.
