I recently moved to Hudson Oaks and for 5 months I've been going to the Weatherford location every Saturday and some weekdays. The same girl, Lou has seen me most of the time. This morning I drove in and had left my cell at home. She refused to let me in even though I told her I could give her any ID that she might need. She said that because I didn't bring my phone with the app that she couldn't let me in. She said it was an insurance liability! She was pretty cold and rude when I told her that she KNEW ME! She said it didn't matter. Ya'll need a better system, or a more caring employee!!!
