- HHHa1990Feb 19, 20263.0I really appreciate that Albertsons is pretty quick on getting scripts filled and usually everyone is pretty friendly. However, I picked up my scripts today and a tech named Michele M was incredibly rude. Acted like every person that walked up was a burden. Really just appalled at her unprofessionalism and if she is someone that is a permanent tech here I will be moving my scripts. It’s not hard to be nice to people especially if they are nice to you. Really unhappy with my encounter today.
- DSD SniderJul 17, 20241.0Worst pharmacy I've ever used, at least in Weatherford! Their prices are always at least 3x the cost of Walmart. Their service is terrible. If they don't have your prescription in stock or can't fill it, don't expect them to let you know because they won't. They continuously have "shortages". Not all of them, but most of their staff is arrogant and rude. They act like they hate their jobs and can't be bothered to be polite and use manners. We used them for a few years and it just got worse over the years. Not recommended in the least!
