I really appreciate that Albertsons is pretty quick on getting scripts filled and usually everyone is pretty friendly. However, I picked up my scripts today and a tech named Michele M was incredibly rude. Acted like every person that walked up was a burden. Really just appalled at her unprofessionalism and if she is someone that is a permanent tech here I will be moving my scripts. It’s not hard to be nice to people especially if they are nice to you. Really unhappy with my encounter today.

Does not have product in stock. Never keeps any thing in stock for the patients that come to the facility that you need to pick it up. They’re condescending they have you to set up an appointment and then once you wait for the appointment and show up they don’t have the product you set it up for. They waste your time and they’re rude. The women in there are rude and the Pharmacist act like they’re above everyone. But do your job order the products that we need we have to pay for them. Waste of a community pharmacy.

If they have the medication you need, they're fine. If not, no one mentions it. I had to ask twice, and no one said anything. The app doesn't say it's out of stock. You would think they would mention it when you show up to pick up the rest, but that makes too much sense. Good luck finding it elsewhere. They don't offer to help you find it. I guess they hope you get home before you realize that it's missing. You have to call around to find it and have that pharmacy call them. All of these things would be much easier before you leave the house, but the app shows it's getting filled. The app needs serious help. It seems like an app from 15 years ago.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
