  Not impressed with this company. I help take care of my 84 year old neighbor who fell. I am listed as a contact because my neighbor doesn't remember things--including her meds. She was supposed to have physical therapy, but no one keeps appointments. Check in phone calls with a nurse whom my neighbor said "was rude." There is one nurse who comes to the home who was terrific, but other than that it seems like the company is milking social security w/o proper accountability.

  I am very satisfied with the service at Traditions. Both the nurses and PTs are exceptional in their quality of care.

  My 96 year old Mother just loves her nurse Susan and care giver Comfort! Susan always has an upbeat and cheerful attitude and passes that onto everyone around. Comfort is so wonderful to my Mom, she takes such care in bathing her and making sure that her makeup ,hair and nails are current and lovely! What a wonderful team you have put together.   Absolutely wonderful and so thankful for the support for my FIL. Thank y’all so much he’s so comfortable with his nurse Susan and adores Comfort and his social worker Shay always makes him laugh. They all go above and beyond when we need anything 🥰
