- TWTari WheelerNov 11, 20252.0We spent over $8,000 back in 2020 for my husband's hearing aids. Was told there was a "lifetime guarantee". Now we were told that after a certain point, if repairs were needed, it would cost a couple of hundred dollars to fix them. In 5 years...we've had to send 1 in...twice...at $350 a pop. Today my husband tried to get one fixed again and was told the repair cost had gone up...to $700.00...for 1 hearing aid. We've already spent that much on 2 previous repairs. The doctor did offer us refurbished ones for $1,000. I feel like a lifetime guarantee should mean...if it breaks...we'll fix it...for life...and that's included in the $8,000 price tag. Not have to keep forking out hundreds of dollars every 2 years for repairs. So I guess we'll have to look for a more affordable option....

You have to trust someone at times like this, and this staff proved to be a wise choice for me. Give this staff a chance when you need hearing aids etc.
