Staff was very friendly and instructed me exactly what I needed to do before I was taken into the room to receive my shot. I did inform Derek of a previous reaction I had with a different vaccine and he took my concerns seriously. He had excellent bedside manner and we had a lovely conversation to help pass the time and see if I had the same reaction with this vaccine. Thankfully there was no reaction and I was soon on my way back into the rest of the store. I can't thank Derek enough for his wonderful care and positive attitude!

I said I’ll wait for the whole thing. She said it’ll be ready on Monday so come on Monday. I called in the morning and said you’re supposed to be getting a shipment in for this medication and I was told to call so you know I’ll be getting it today. so I called later in the day and put the prescription number to check the status and they said it was working on being filled so I went in at almost 3 o’clock. The girl at the counter same one said that it’s it’s still only partial. Let me check with the pharmacist so she went back to the pharmacist came back and said well we don’t have it as well. Do you know when you get it? God hold on and she went back and asked the pharmacist came back and said maybe Friday if she just ordered today so we don’t know so I took the 26 pills and I said well I’ll check back on Friday. She goes OK customer service needs to be worked on. Today is November 7, 2025. I just went to pick up the prescription that I had been waiting for. I walked in and said I’m here to pick up a prescription last name Multhup, Koda, She said date of birth. I said you have to look it up by the name. You have the wrong date of birth. It’s a dog. And she proceeded to say well I wish I would’ve known that first I just said well why are you guys so miserable all the time? And she just rolled her eyes. Her name is Brianna the cherry person you have working at the register that put everyone in a mood. I will also be writing formal complaints against her
