All I did was show up 5 minutes before the posted close time to buy marshmallows for my kids' hot chocolate. Didn't expect HEB to close early, the employee to be dismissive and to be talked down to by a security guard.

- MWMel WieselerNov 29, 20255.0I only went in for a vaccination but the experience I personally received was excellent! Staff was very friendly and instructed me exactly what I needed to do before I was taken into the room to receive my shot. I did inform Derek of a previous reaction I had with a different vaccine and he took my concerns seriously. He had excellent bedside manner and we had a lovely conversation to help pass the time and see if I had the same reaction with this vaccine. Thankfully there was no reaction and I was soon on my way back into the rest of the store. I can't thank Derek enough for his wonderful care and positive attitude!
