I was told that the GM Darion was supposed to call me about waving a late fee (because I lost my debit card) I literally did not have a card to give them. I notified the gym multiple times. They kept saying “our GM will call” “our GM is busy right now” this was over the span of a month! You can tell this gym is money hungry. I was made a lot of false promises in regards to canceling my membership. This gym locks you in with the contract crap. Pay attention to what you’re signing up for because the staff and GM don’t care about helping you. Also, Goodluck with trying to get someone on the phone from the gym. Either they don’t answer or your put on hold for an extended period of time. I still have my membership but I won’t be coming. Horrible gym.

Because to deduct our money, that is what they are in charge of!! One less member, boy!!
