I tried asking questions regarding dry eyes and she refused to answer stating that this was for an exam only. I tried asking questions regarding reading glasses and was told I need to talk to the receptionist about that. What? I’m now going to have to make another appointment somewhere else to have another eye exam done. Very unhappy with the service I received.
