  I have very small veins. The young phlebotomist was excellent, she was personable but most of all she was able to find my vein on the first try! That is huge for a person that struggles every time blood is drawn.

  Showed up Waco cardiology for blood test 4:10 lab was closed. Hours showed open until 4:40. Then was sent to Quest Diagnostics. Check in was difficult.

  Walk-ins are 1 hour waits. Get more staff and also some clients can only come at lunch time. It's called customer service!!!¡.

  Check in is a tablet. I was the second person in the holding area never saw anyone in person. Several people went behind the door and then came back out. I did see my name go up and down the waiting list over the 1.5 hours I waited. Never got any blood draw there was no one behind the window from 8 to 9:30 to ask any questions and no one ever answered the phone. I felt like livestock not a good experience I am paying the extra money to have my labs drawn at our doctors office.
