- STScarlett ToweryMar 20, 20265.0I have had a wonderful experience here all these years and have been a loyal customer until I had to deal with Taylor the newer pharmacist. She did not refill my allergy medication for hives several times this week. I called my doctor who prescribed the medication and they approved the medication they perscribed so i can continue to work as we all must. Taylor did not do her job by refilling the prescription several time and did not communicate this to me. The other pharmacist at HEB had called my doctor to refill this as well prior to me calling my doctor. This began on monday. Taylor finally told me on friday at 6:30 that she was making the choice to deny my doctor's request. She told me to buy the $40 zyrtec at HEB instead of getting the discount I get by paying my doctor (self pay). She did not have the common sense or decency to deny this the entire week the prescription was at her pharmacy. I have to go the weekend with hives or pay the extorted price Taylor advised me to pay. Please get a pharmacist who is consistent, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate to the hard working customers. This is the second time Taylor has used her power and authority to strong arm me personally. I feel abused. I did talk to the head pharmacist Robert amd he went out of hos way to remedy the situation. He was professional, informative, and a HUMAN about what had happened. I am reevaluating my review due to Robert's diligence to make things right. Customer service goes a long way. Thanks Robert.
