  I always receive the best customer service here! From the manager Weytona to the newer staff Alycia and Mr. Bobby --62 years old (hope u get to retire soon)helped me with the best deal and even convinced me to get a warranty. (I'm a grown up now mum!)I do not file insurance so for 2 name brand frames with warranties that you receive credit for next year if not used I had my coupon and spent a little over $300. This customer feels blessed! Especially since Care Credit has 6 months no interest!!

  Eyemart Express has always been a great experience for my family. We were there yesterday for myself and my son. Ashley helped us and she was amazing. She explained all the cost/coverage details clearly and helped us find frames that fit us properly and she was great with my toddler who as you can imagine was bored through that whole process. 10/10 recommend Eyemart Express and make sure you ask for Ashley ☺️

  It has long been whispered in the fashionable circles of our metropolis that the establishment known as Eyemart Express possesses a mechanical efficiency bordering on the supernatural; thus, findind myself in the unfortunate position of requiring my first venture into the world of corrective lenses, I allowed myself to be lured by the siren song of their reputation. I arrived at their doors with the trepidation of a man about to entrust his very perception of the world to the hands of strangers, expecting, perhaps, a degree of guidance befitting such a delicate transition. I must first remark upon the velocity of their industry, which is, quite simply, breathtaking. To produce a finished pair of spectacles in less than two hours is a feat of manufacture that would make the most diligent watchmaker in Switzerland appear a laggard; indeed, one wonders if the frames were not conjured from the ether by some hidden sorcery rather than fashioned by mortal hands. However, it is here that my commendations must find their tether. The gentlewoman appointed to assist me displayed a commitment to the doctrine of non-interference so absolute that it would have impressed the most aloof diplomat of the Foreign Office. With a stoicism that can only be described as statuesque, she permitted me to wander the aisles of tortoiseshell and wire as unhindered as a lonely shepherd upon the moors. Being an initiate to this "New World" of optical enhancement, I was, alas, entirely ignorant of the protocols of fitment and the nuances of the bridge and temple. I mistook her profound silence for a vote of confidence in my own discerning eye. I now find myself in the possession of a pair of spectacles that cling to my visage with the grace of a drunken sailor to a swaying mast, possessing a most independent spirit that refuses to align with the symmetry of my features. It appears that while Eyemart Express has mastered the art of the ticking clock, they have perhaps forgotten that a customer is not a self-governing colony. I am reliably informed by my peers—after the laughter subsided—that the role of the attendant is typically one of active counsel rather than silent observation. If one desires to be ignored with the utmost efficiency and speed, I can recommend no finer establishment; but if one wishes for their glasses to actually remain upon their person, one might find more support from a common fence post.

  I received excellent customer service. The person who assisted with selection and needs, was quite professional..I received texts for both my readers and bifocals in less than an hour. When I returned to collect my glasses, everyone was occupied with others, I was acknowledged, and the first person who completed their business with the customer selecting glasses for her prescription, immediately approached me, got my new glasses, checked to be certain that my bifocals were located appropriately on my lenses, that the frames fit satisfactorily, and thanked me for the opportunity to assist me.
