Just kidding about knowing why...they like to talk inside to each other and dont respect other people's time. They need a timer like the fast food places. Your ratings would be higher too.

I asked the cashier for help to show me how to use the digital coupon and she was talking to me like I was stupid and getting irritated when I asked her for help Veronica R is what it says on my receipt. I'll be going to another heb from now on. If u dnt know how to do customer service, then maybe u shouldn't be working at a grocery store. And might i add every time I go, the cashiers are always talking about personal stuff like clubs and stuff they shouldn't be discussing in front of customers . It's irritating and has happened more than I can count on 2 hands. Management needs to do better at this store
