GM Ryan runs a tight ship & has a very welcoming & supportive team. Even during peak hours, I can get to the machines I need even if I have to adjust the order of my workout a bit (usually only during peak hours, otherwise I can workout comfortably in any order I like). There’s not a problem with the gym being crowded. The gym is spacious, there are plenty of high quality machines. There are mirrors in front of the 4 squat racks & 2 smith machines. There are plenty of benches & incline benches & a wide variety of dumbbells. The cable machines are also located near a mirror to easily watch your form & plenty of space to do. AND there is also a Women only area. The environment of the gym is very welcoming & so supportive. It is more of an older crowd too so not too many “gym bros”. It is a great gym with anything you could possibly ask for in a gym. I highly recommend anyone in Waco to workout at this gym. 10/10!
