I'm 61 and was nervous about going into a gym setting given my age and my extra 20 lbs I've recently gained. This place is warm and friendly. Every staff member has been so welcoming, l felt that my first day and everyday since. The place is clean and has so many options for working out. They also have a small workout area just off the womans locker room. This is something I've never seen before. I started in that small room as it was less intimidating, also l have anxiety and just going my first time was quite a trigger. After my first workout l feared no more. If you are looking for a great place to go l highly recommend this gym.
