  After getting screwed over by Waco Vision Source, I came here--in large part because they didn't care that I'd gotten my glasses from somewhere else (also yes, I use em dashes and I promise I don't need AI to write my reviews. lol) I'll admit, the format is very strange. I've never had a remote optometrist before, and that's what they do here. There's someone else to do most of the testing, but for the actual "1...or 2" part, you get connected to a remote optometrist. It was fine, though! Since I just had another exam a month ago, I had a baseline to judge by and yeah, everything was totally accurate. The most important part for me, though, at least on this trip, is that they got the prescription correct AND they'd have been willing to fix it if I discovered there was an error. Trust me, that's HUGE. You want someone with integrity. So yeah, my only regret is that I hadn't come here first. Don't let the shininess of other places lure you in. It's the quality of the care that counts, and I have absolutely no regrets about coming here.

  My son’s exam went great and choosing his glasses even better. Now to see if he can see out of them. Only down side, he has to wait 7-10 business days.

  Dr. Hubbell and Lexi were great, even though she was on camera it felt like she was in the same room as me. She listened to my needs and got me back to seeing again. So happy with my experience! 10 out of 10!

  Professional, informative, friendly top-notch technician. It was my first remote eye exam and I enjoyed the procedure . I found it a more personal experience without a crowded waiting room. Highly recommend!

  Great experience for a yearly eye exam. Nice, clean modern facility and equipment. Best part was the technician, Lexi. Based on her customer service attitude and knowledge, I would recommend this establishment very highly
