  Nice staff but discounts are not a discount and wait time to get glasses and to pick up glasses is too long. Should be able to walk in look at my glasses and hand them to me.

  The customer service team whom I had the pleasure to have worked with me & my needs were exceptional while being very professional and friendly.   The associate that helped me pick out my frames was spectacular! The associate that helped me fit my new glasses was outstanding as well. I even got to meet the manager who was really kind! Definitely a 5 star experience at Eyemart Express in Victoria. Will happily return
