  A huge shout out to the ladies at Miracle Ear in Universal City, TX. This location can get very busy at times but Holly calmly treads through being very efficient. She’s patient & quickly helps my father w all his issues & needs. The office manager Donna is awesome too. She’s helpful & easy to deal with over the phone. She politely checks us in, always offering coffee/snack. Then quickly cleans my dad’s hearing aids. She’s so sweet and let’s him choose from a basket a small birthday gift every year. Very good customer service. Thank you ladies. I highly recommend this location. 5*

  I have nothing remotely close to being negative about this place. The staff is amazing and answered all my questions. They even patiently answered questions I repeated. I will recommend them to everyone I know if needed.

  Sharon at Miracle-Ear is my Hero - yesterday my dear friend who is in the hospital lost her batteries and also complained she could not hear at all without her hearing aids -I called Miracle-Ear and explained the situation. It was 15 minutes from closing and Sharon without hesitation told me to come and she would take care of everything. She was so professional and so nice. She cleaned and installed new batteries. I cannot say thank you enough for helping me and helping my friend hear again. It is the little thing people do that make the biggest impact. Thank you Sharon for all you did. A+ Customer Service
