  My dr ordered 9 tests for some health issues I was having it took 6 vials of blood. I was afraid that when I got there they would be confused on the tests that were ordered. I had someone named Susan draw my blood she was very nice and completely professional she didn’t skip a beat on any of the tests that were ordered. You have to have appointment to go there but I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen.

  Ms. Lacy demonstrated real expertise today. She selected a vein with zero bruising afterward—rare enough that it’s worth noting. More importantly, she identified that my hydration was affecting blood flow and advised me to drink more water before my next visit. That kind of diagnostic insight during the draw itself shows 32 years of pattern recognition. Highly recommend requesting her.

  After getting used to making an appointment online, I'm " old school " , wanted to talk to a live person, it was efficient and easy to book an appointment. There was no waiting when I arrived at my appointment time, and I was in and out of there in a jiffy.
