  The people I dealt with have been very nice and supportive. The nurses was too good to be working with this company. For reference, I have worked with 3 different hospice companies, The issue with them is their logistics, they don’t get you what you need in a timely manner, and my mother suffered some for this reason. The other companies were on the ball. I would never use this company again for someone I cared about. Despite the good people… My two cents Ps: As I write this , they still have not been by to remove their equipment. The basic rule is to remove the equipment fast so that the family can deal with their loss

  I was not in a good situation when I brought my husband home from the skilled nursing facility. I was set up with Vital Caring and they have been a true Blessing for me. They have given my husband wonderful care,going the extra mile to get him in-home x rays and Dr visits. I highly recommend them.

  I use them. They all are wonderful. Very caring and helpful. Special thanks to Alicia, Kim and the office people who answer our dire needs and get us help asap. This my first time using a home health. Vitalcaring has displayed the upmost caring of their patients, including me.

  Special Thanks to Ruth Turner. She is absolutely the Best!!! She has been my brother and grandmother's nurse for many many years along with Tanya Starks/Waters. Both of those Women have No clue how much support they have been through all the years. Penny (David's speech therapists) is also our #1. . I could go on and on.... Charlotte also. You are ALL Family to us and I cannot Thank you enough. I highly recommend Vital Caring and if you have Ruth, Tanya, Charlotte as your nurse and the one and only Penny as your speech therapist then KNOW you or your loved ones are TOP Priority. I love you ladies and Thank you for all you've done and continue to do.
