The staff are super friendly, the equipment is in great shape and always clean, and it's typically the right amount of crowded. Just enough people there where you don't feel like you're working out by yourself, but your equipment is always open. Also, one of the best values in town

I was actually expecting for it to be better during the day.. As they say the difference is night and day. Literally and figuratively.
