    I booked my intro class with them for the end of October and was genuinely excited to go. About five days before my class, they called to confirm my appointment and go over some pre-visit details. I answered because it was a (903) number and I was expecting a call from a vendor. I let the caller know that I was at work and planned to call them back later. While I would’ve been available for a quick vendor conversation, I wasn’t in a position to have a longer one with them at that moment. However, the woman on the line was very insistent that we needed to talk right then — she kept pushing and pushing, even after I clearly said I’d call back. When I told her I’d call tomorrow, she pressed me for specifics. The whole exchange felt uncomfortably pushy and left a really bad taste in my mouth. Because of that interaction, I decided not to move forward with my intro class.

    I’m loving Club Pilates in Tyler!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to 20 classes so far and definitely see results and feel amazing!!

    Joined one month ago! I am a beginner and have thoroughly enjoyed every class. Instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. Studio is clean and appealing. I am excited to attend classes and learn.
