  IF YOU NEED AT HOME HEALTH CARE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS! This place has employees who steal money from their clients. They have managers who attempt to give you hush money to prevent you from brining it to light that there are employees who steal. They told me I would have to file a police report in order to get the money back that was stolen from my Mom, and that they could not and would not be able to pay the money back. Once I filed said police report I was called by the company to come the location on the Loop to pickup money Or have Crystol Henry meet me at anywhere I choose to get the stolen money that they supposedly wasn't able to replace. Amy the assistant at the time who was super helpful over the the phone throughout this process all of sudden couldn't talk to me in person, and was conveniently on lunch at the time of my visit. There's a management and employee problem that needs to be looked into at this establishment. I have receipts and emails of this process if there is more info is needed. This place is ridiculous!

  The ladies there are so rude. They were making rude comments about how my grandbaby was dressed and we was standing right there. Jan and Virginia Simmons are very rude. Asked Virginia to fax a paper and she had the paper for 2 weeks. Then when we tried to call her she didnt answer or call back. Then we went to office and she said she will try to fax paper today. Again another couple days to fax after 2 weeks. Not professional at all.

  This service is 100% a joke. I’ve never in my life experienced so many issues with an at home service. They constantly mess up paperwork and then tell you to start the process all over. I’ve been to my primary care 3 times trying to get basic services, and all 3 times my insurance has called me back and told me the paperwork was filled out improperly. And their response is always to start the entire process over. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend this service. Look elsewhere.

  After my back surgery, the doctor arranged for visits from At Home nurses to take care of the wound dressings. They were the best! They always called in advance of their visit, and I knew when they were coming. Then I had a knee joint replacement done in Chicago, and an At Home Healthcare physical therapist met me when I arrived back home in Whitehouse. Again, great customer service, and Walter the therapist had me up and back at my gym in two weeks. I was very impressed with all the staff at At Home Healthcare!
