    I took my niece in for an appointment, as a first time visitor and guardian I was treated with the same kindness and courtesy as her. Great office staff and very informative with me to share next appointment and follow-up care with her parents.

    Very helpful staff. Dr McCabe was very good about explaining the results of the test, and the options he presented were excellent. He doesn’t push medications, he works towards results. Highly recommend Dr McCabe.

    This clinic was responsive and got me in same day when I called after going on vacation and had chronic hive breakout. I was optimistic they were on top of things and going to help me get relief ASAP, saying they were sending initial paperwork in that day. And had ordered samples. I wondered all weekend and was hopeful I would at least get a sample this week. I never heard any update, called and was told only Alex can deal with it, asked for her to please call me back. I never got a call back, so I had the manufacturer call, they were told they were still waiting on provider signature, they had been short staffed, etc. I never got a straight answer as to where my process was, if they had submitted appropriate paperwork. To find out that they sat on this for over a week is beyond unjust. Had I known it would be this long, I could have gone somewhere else and had immediate relief with a sample. No one should suffer because someone dropped the ball. Once they told the manufacturer the truth, that they had not even filled out the initial paperwork and it would take up to six weeks, I was able to call a Longview office and locate a sample and book appt. I should have never suffered for the week, it should be criminal to not update and be upfront with your patients. I called in and explained I was suffering, could not get relief and they just said, well you could go to another office. Expectations should have been set as to their timeline, so I could make an informed decision for my medical care and not suffer and wonder what was going on. They told the manufacturer the truth, they had not even obtained provider signature, but not the patient. I then find out part of this is because of how they are billing and getting the prescription, so it is billed and charged through their office. Simple communication, so there is not a misunderstanding. I was told Alex was in Longview initially, called there, called again and she was in a meeting. Called next day and she was on other line, then in a meeting, then told she had an emergency. I called to get records sent, she kept interrupting me and defensive would not allow me to ask a simple question, just kept saying well if your moving providers then…….If this were you or your family member, you would want the faster pathway to relief. Not wait two weeks for a sample, not ignore and never call someone back . I even called and said should I go ER….. I was desperate for answers and relief. They knew I was suffering, would not give me an alternative or help find a solution or even be honest about not obtaining the provider signature.
