The staff is so friendly and encouraging and the classes are challenging and enjoyable. The studio is beautiful and makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise! I love the cold scented towels at the end of the class. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental well being!

Everyone is so welcoming, accepting, nonjudgmental, positive and the classes are SOO FUNN! I’m instantly hooked. It had been years since I’ve done yoga and the classes they provide are challenging but the teachers really help push me as hard as I can go with a cool, calm ending. Some of the classes even use weights too! They are helping me reach my fitness goals!! I’m very pleased and happy I decided to join because it’s changing my life in the best way possible.
