Our intro class only had 3 people and I am a large woman and he saw when I was not breathing and and reminded me to do or if I needed to stop or couldn’t handle what exercise was being done he reassured me. I can’t remember receptionist but starts with A. She was absolutely so friendly and welcoming. Will be returning soon as I have the funds to do so.

They made me feel comfortable and like I belonged the first day I went. I am so hooked on them.. I enjoy every instructor they each have their own personality so it makes every SESSION special! I always enjoy going and you get a full body workout sweat and all. I love it...Tammy, Riana,Emilie, Chloe, and Chris all ROCK with 🔥!
