We have had to come into this location many times. It has always been a great experience. Today the staff were going way above and way beyond. I hope I got her name right I was reading it from far away but a beautiful lady named Sandra was coming out to communicating with and assist anyone in need (She was seriously SO NICE and overall set the tone for the waiting area with her kindness and gentleness). Then we had Lindsey (I hope I am spelling this correct)- she was absolutely amazing with my daughter who was very nervous (she has had a few negative experiences at other places). It ended up being a very positive experience and Lindsey has now left such a positive impact and healing experience for my daughter. Truly thankful.

I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics and wanted to give a shoutout to Nissa and Tonja at the lab. They did a phenomenal job—both were very kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s not always fun getting labs done, but they really made it a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this location thanks to their excellent service!

THEY LOST MY LABS and they tried to take the sample from 4 different areas. Then the tech ended up popping my veins so I couldn’t retake the test as soon as I needed it.
Ease of check in via mobile was excellent. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking is frustrating.
The staff are professional and kind. And THEY deserve five stars.
However, those check in kiosks do not function well. Extremely frustrating to put in your information as the buttons either do not work or double click. If this company insists on using this style of check in without a person available to assist, then the equipment really must work properly. It is not fair to the technicians, who have an important job of performing testing on patients, to be put in the position of assisting folks with the machines. Truly, some things just need a little human touch to make things go smoothly and not having someone available to check the patients in makes for a frustrating customer experience.
