  This location was wonderful! Especially Sandra Savannah and Carrie were very helpful and very nice. Oh yeah, the doctor was superb and super friendly. Highly recommend!

  Location is good, much better than the drive to Katy. The doctor faced a frustrated patient & a tough case. But, he was willing to listen & was not giving up. Throughout the appointment, my frustrations were quieting down. It was much appreciated the time he took to look for the next resolution. He spoke in language that was not terminology focused but easy to understand. & the options offered were reasonable.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the Tomball Mann Eye Institute. Sandra ( front desk ) was welcoming and very helpful. She is a delight! The technician Savannah who did my medical interview was pleasant and asked me questions about my medical history and medications. She treated me with patience and kindness. She did a series of tests using advanced technology equipment and I was very pleased that I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated to complete the test. I started to feel good about my choice in coming to the Tomball clinic. Dr Louis Binder and his assistant ( I believe her name was Janie ) were also professional and patient. I highly recommend this office! Due to my age and medical history I will be returning for further medical eye screening to rule out glaucoma and cataracts. I appreciated the free sample of eye drops for my dry eye condition.

  The folks at Mann Eye in Tomball make me feel welcome and appreciated from the moment I walk in. From the receptionist/scheduler to the technicians, from Dr. Binder to the opticians, they make the eye appointment enjoyable (or at least as enjoyable as you can MAKE an eye appointment LOL). But, perhaps more important than demeanor, they are professionals who take their job seriously and try to do it right the first time -- while still working efficiently to get you through the process as quickly as is appropriate for your particular needs. As for the logistics and aesthetics, there is plenty of parking, the facility is always clean and the outer room is well-lit with both natural and artificial lighting, and spacious with plenty of seating.

  Very friendly environment. This is the second time I’ve been seen there. This time I bought my glasses from Manns.. From the receptionist, the tech/assistant, the doctor and getting my glasses- it was a great experience. Thank all of you!
