If you ever need hospice, Traditions in Tomball, they are the absolute best! Thank you Tameka, Jill, Charlene, Chris! And all the angels who helped with my Dad! 🩷
My Mom had a stroke on May 16th. She was under the hospice care of another company I felt failed my Mom and me. After learning about the severity of Mommy's stroke, I reached out to Jazmine Simmons of Traditions Health Hospice. She put all the pieces together quickly to onboard my Mom and secure Traditions Health Hospice support. The admittance staff and nurse came to the hospital to meet with me and visit with my Mom. It was convenient for us.
Traditions Health immediately assigned a nurse, on-call nurse, certified nurse assistant, chaplain and social worker to us. They delivered all the equipment needed, especially a hospital bed and an oxygen machine the next morning. Because of Mommy's condition, her nurse visited daily. The CNA helped me shift Mommy during the day. Everyone made sure I knew how to work all the equipment.
What I appreciated most about the staff and service providers of Traditions is and was their honestly about what was happening with mommy's condition. Their knowledge and professionalism were superb and their availability, without question. We felt fully supported with superb professionals who worked well with me, my Mom and the host of friends I had around loving on my Mom! They even suggested things for my overnight helper provided by Amada Senior Care.
Mommy passed on June 1, 2023. Just yesterday, I got a check-in letter about the Top Five Things to Know about Grief - from Traditions Health.
I highly recommend Traditions Health Hospice - Tomball/Kingwood to anyone in need of Hospice Care!

My aunt reached out and I’m so glad she did-
My uncle came home from the hospital in January 2023 and they have had the best experience-
I would call or text and hear great things on the phone and I’m sooo glad I got to experience these amazing women in person-
I arrived in Texas Monday and was able to experience first hand the compassion of 2 amazing women-
Morgan was the nurse that cared for my uncle-
She was very professional, caring, and treated my sister, who was here to also help out, with respect-
Morgan was honest and up front like my aunt and family had requested-
As she spoke she had a humble and sincere way of speaking to the family trying to be direct yet ease the pain-
Most importantly she treated my Uncle with compassion and at no time did she disrespect him as a dying man-
I could see her professionalism and how much she cares for her patients-
She was here multiple times and when she wasn’t she would call my sister and check in-
She also made it very clear that my sister could reach out with any questions at any time-
She is an amazing asset to this field & I will never forget her kindness to this family-
Sholanda was the aide that cared for my uncle-
She came in and again she was compassionate, friendly, very caring, and great at her job-
My uncle was nearing the end and she was talking to him as if he were coherent-
Saying he’s going to be soo handsome after this shave-
I myself have been educated about Hospice care and I’m sooo relieved my family had these amazing women to depend on-
God Bless
Angela
