  The sanitary conditions are very concerning. I observed staff touching the computer keyboard and then immediately processing the patient's teeth while wearing the same gloves. They even took a dental tool, placed it on the computer desk, and then put it back into the patient's mouth. I find this extremely unhygienic. Furthermore, there was no disposable protective tape on the handles of the suction and water spray devices, which can easily cause cross-infection. This issue needs to be taken seriously.

  We have been patients of this office for some time and have previously had positive experiences with the clinical care and overall environment. Unfortunately, today’s front desk interaction was very uncomfortable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. (Girl with lip filler, black hair and black glasses said to be “new”) Communication felt uncomfortable and dismissive. When discussing pricing, there was little explanation beyond the total cost, and questions were met with short responses and long pauses rather than clarification. One comment in particular stood out. She stated, “I’m under the assumption you’re not insured,” in a tone that felt presumptive and unnecessary. It created an awkward and off-putting interaction. Immediately after discussing pricing, she stated that she could “walk us out,” even though we had not indicated we were finished or ready to leave. She then stood silently waiting staring at us, which made the interaction feel rushed and once again awkward. We understand everyone has off days, but front desk communication sets the tone for the entire visit. Today’s experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is disappointing given our previous experiences here. That said, we would like to give special recognition to the dental assistant with the long hair. She was extremely kind, explained everything clearly in simple terms, and took the time to address all of our questions. Her professionalism and warmth were appreciated We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we have valued this office in the past.

  All personnel is friendly and very professional. They welcomed me with a smile. Dentit was very careful and thorough during the procedure.

  If you have a child that you love and care and want the same treatment from their dentist request Matthew. He is amazingly patient and great with kids. If there was a 10 star option he would receive it! Thanks again Matthew for your patience and care!!
