- CMCourtney MilneJan 29, 20261.0Customer service is terrible. I receive a text saying my prescription was received, but not ready. I would NEVER hear anything again if I didn’t call. They don’t fill rx and get them ready without you calling or sitting there waiting. It’s ridiculous. They also don’t stick several meds and have to order - but, never call you to explain this - until you call two days later and they say….oh, we will order it now. Just terrible and the girls up front smile so big and are condescending when they know you are rightfully upset. This is medicine! It’s important!

I called 2 days ago and asked to get it ready and it’s STILL it ready. EPIC FAIL KROGER PHARMACY TOMBALL!!!

- JSJess SullivanNov 23, 20201.0DO NOT USE if you want your scripts same day or even the same week. It took me over a WEEK to transfer a prescription from one Kroger pharmacy to this one. In another instance, my dentist called in a prescription at 8:45am, I checked in at 9:30am and I still had to wait in their waiting area for over an hour. Choose anywhere else but Tomball Kroger Pharmacy to fill your prescription if you need it same day or even same week.
