I can’t change because I have one specific physician that I have to see. I have put up with The Vintage location’s sorry service until today (9/17). Today is the beginning of my transition to my neighborhood HEB pharmacy (Tomball proper). There’s not enough room here to tell y'all how efficiently the Tomball proper (28250 Tomball Parkway) location functions!!! As each one of my prescriptions come up for refill, I will be transferring them AWAY from the Kelsey Seabold system and getting them filled here. HEB has the nicest people working there!!! At Kelsey, I’ve been treated so horribly rude. I wish I had switched sooner. Thank you HEB from my heart for everything y’all do to help us get through another day. Y’all have no idea what this means to me. The latest issue here is my doctor sent a prescription in on September 8th. Today, the 17th, they still didn’t have it. When I asked them why they said we don’t have anything in the system for this medication for you. I told the woman you should have because It was sent in on the eighth during my appointment. She argued with me and said no they didn’t have anything and I told her I was sitting right there. She said he must’ve sent it into the wrong location and I told her no he verify the location while I was sitting with him. She continue to argue And I told her the medication name she continued to argue and I said no it is there. Look a little harder do your job. All of a sudden, she seems to have found the prescription that was sent over electronically on the eighth. Then she proceeds to tell me we don’t have it. Let me see if we can order it and put me on hold. She comes back and says we don’t have it in our warehouse so we cannot order this for you. You’ll have to find it somewhere else. So she’s telling me between the eighth and 17 September it sat there and nobody did anything with my prescription. Absolutely nothing!!!!! This is why I will no longer use a Kelsey-Seybold pharmacy!!!!! This is why I am moving all of my medication over to H-E-B. They should’ve let me know prior to the 17th that they did not have this medication and I should seek a pharmacy that does have it. So I have gone without my medication from the eighth to 17 September this is how efficient the Kelsey Pharmacy system runs.

Doctor explained that I just moved from out of state, and it’s an established medication, but pharmacist refused. I’ve heard of this bias in the pain community, but have never experienced it first hand. I am on the lowest dose available, and I have been for years. My new doctor continues to prescribe, but my pharmacist wants to stop me from receiving my meds? Make this make sense.
