  My daughter had a blood draw last week and the guy who did the bloodwork was an angel. My daughter had some scars on her arm and he made her so comfortable and said the most supportive things. He has a Batman pin on his card. If you are reading this, I hope you the best! Keep spreading the positive energy that you have. Blessing and prayers! Thank you!

  The technician took several attempts in both elbows (3/5 times in each elbow) to take my blood samples and left large bruises.

  You never know what you will get when you go for blood work. Could be a great day, fully staffed location. Or, I’ve also had times when the location I went to was only staffed by a single employee so of course things moved slow. Today’s appointment (and all the others I’ve done at this location) was smooth. I got there a few minutes early. Waited and was walking back out 10 minutes after my apt time. Tysheika- I saw her insert the needle but didn’t feel a thing. NOTHING! She’s also a sweet lady and seems to actually enjoy her job.

  phlebotomist was amazing. I have always been a hard stick, but she made me feel very relaxed and was able to get it on the first try using her experience and technique. The rest of the staff were also wonderful. Even though they were busy, they took the time to check on everyone and ensure all questions were answered. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and the courtesy shown by keeping us updated on the wait time.
