Woodlands and greater Houston area are packed with stores like this. It's very easy to find and average store, but very difficult to find educated professionals in the glasses business. I've been using their services for sunglasses, prescriptions and frame repairs. Today they fixed my JF. Ray rims which were bent and twisted. They also told me I am good to go, free of charge. If glasses are the matter, I am coming back here every time! Highly recommend!

I stopped in today and Abigail assisted me. I was blown away at the service that I received and the attention to detail paid to my issues. I wear both contacts and glasses, but I currently have a stye that is close to popping and I needed to rely solely on my glasses. Sadly, my nice Oakley's wire broke and one of my lenses to those glasses had fallen off. To add further complications, my old pair of glasses' silicone nose piece had broken off and it was very uncomfortable to wear. My new prescription appointment was not going to be ready until early June and I was clearly in a jam. That is when I decided to stop by to see if my glasses could be repaired. I was shocked that Abigail fixed both of my glasses in less than 10 minutes. She didn't rush me, she took her time and made sure that my glasses felt comfortable, and she even straightened out my Oakley's - as the frame had become slightly bent. If you need a great pair of glasses with superior customer service, please stop by! I will be back in June for my next pair of glasses and I am extremely thankful for the help and assistance I received today.

We visited the Woodlands location to have a nose guard replaced on my eyeglasses. Cassie was so pleasantly wonderful. She replaced no questions asked. We always get treated well at this location!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
