Most significantly, where many practitioners -especially gynecologists- may skip the importance of testosterone, Woodlands Wellness has it figured out. Their guidance is comparable to what Dr. Mary Claire Haver discusses, without the 6 month waitlist. I value the follow-up testing to ensure my hormone mix is effective and safe. The bone-density test was essential to ensure my calcium intake is sufficient. All said, Woodlands Wellness has improved my life in a remarkable, measurable way. It's a one-stop gem that offers a complete suite of "everything you need" as a woman who wants to age with strength and ease. Women in their 40s + would benefit from a consultation, at the very least, to see what we SHOULD expect in the field of hormone health... and to recognize how much it may be lacking elsewhere.
