This is the second time I tried counseling here. The first time, I had a bad experience with a therapist who they have since let go. This time, I liked my therapist, but the front office staff and the management have been dishonest and dismissive. My therapist told me he was going to try and help me with a billing issue. When I talked to the receptionist, she rudely said that she had talked to him and the billing decisions were made at his discretion, and he had told her something different than what he had told me. When I informed her that I had just talked to him and found that to be unlikely, she sent a text with a different tone and stated that she was unsure of what had actually transpired and would have a manager call me. I messaged them everyday for a week and despite her assuring me that someone would contact me, no one ever did. When I told her I’d like to get this resolved so I could continue to see my therapist, she said my care was a priority, but their actions suggest otherwise. I really wish I had trusted my instincts and walked out and never returned after hearing her loudly complaining about patients to a therapist, who I am fairly certain is the owner. I have no problem with my therapist, but no one else I have dealt with there has treated me like a valued patient. I intend to speak with my insurance company about how they have treated me. In reference to the response below, no we never solved this issue because after many months and many promises, the office manager never returned my call.Hence the negative review. This business took the time to reply to this review, but they never cared to help me resolve my issue or make sure I was still able to see a counselor.

Hard to reach anyone in this office. Finally set up an appointment for my daughter. After waiting 2 weeks for my initial appointment no one showed up on the virtual meeting. I called the office multiple times while waiting. Eventually I get a call back stating Andrea Mitchell, M.Ed., LPC reviewed my paperwork and decided it was too high of a conflict situation and she would not see us. Now I am 2 weeks delayed and the holidays are approaching. Not sure why they did not read my paperwork before my appointment as I submitted it 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing and horrible communication.
