  Had an emergency while traveling and Dr Phan and his staff were able to take care of me and my situation on short notice. His knowledge and expertise and ability to discuss options in my case are top tier and his staff were very friendly and professional.

  In recent years I strayed away from going to the dentist for many reasons. I have recently been looking for a dental office that I would go to regularly and after many other offices I stumbled across The Woodlands Dentistry and Orthodontics and I can truly say it’s have been a great experience. Dr. Phan really takes his time to understand my concerns and answer any questions I have. The office is very welcoming and I’m very glad I was able to find them!

  I’ve always been someone who feels nervous about going to the dentist, due to past experiences but this office completely changed my experience. From the moment I sat down, Dr. Jonathan Phan made me feel like I was truly in good hands. He explained everything step-by-step and reassured me throughout the appointment. His dental assistant was just as wonderful — she was kind, attentive, and had gentle hands.

  This was my first time visiting Dentistry & Orthodontics in The Woodlands, and I had a really great experience. They were able to see me the same day, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Phan and the team were kind, welcoming, and very professional. Dr. Phan was extremely thorough and took the time to get to know me as a patient, which meant a lot—especially since I was new and feeling a bit nervous about the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, the professionalism and care really stood out.

  Personally I had a great experience. I fully expected to leave with a sore mouth just like any other dentist I’ve been too but that wasn’t the case. I definitely think I just found my new dental office! The front desk lady was wonderful, the x ray tech/hygienist (I’m sorry I don’t know titles), and the dentist himself were all wonderful. I like how personable everyone was and straightforward Dr Phan is. He does a great job at explaining things and checking in on me during cleaning/examination. I didn’t feel as if anyone tried to upsell me or tell me to do things that I don't need to do as a money grab like previous offices I’ve been to. Another thing I like, they have an orthodontist there! I was told she’s not there on a regular basis and comes once or twice a week (I think), I was told about a free ortho consult that I accepted. Dr Phan explained why braces are recommended for me not just for cosmetic purposes Anytime a dentist suggested braces I always thought they were full of crap because there was no real reason that they could give me but not with Dr Phan! I’d also like to add that I was given a cute little goodie bag with a toothbrush, a few floss picks, and a small thing of toothpaste
