Go in for a fitting, but don’t commit on the spot. Ask a lot of questions about cost, what you’re really buying, and the policy for returns or exchanges. Read the Fine Print: Before you sign or pay, carefully read the contract / receipt. Make sure you understand their “no refund” policy or restocking fees. BIG ALARM IS THEY SAY TO YOU NO REFUND AFTER PURCHASE ABOUT 10 TIME.
Explore Alternatives GO TO YOU DOCTOR Talk to a podiatrist. They can prescribe custom orthotics — these might be covered by insurance and may be less expensive than Good Feet in the long run. Check out OTC insoles (like Superfeet, PowerStep, etc.) — some cost a fraction of Good Feet but work well for many people.
This hard plastic insert just worsen the pain. Product is uncomfortable. The salesperson didn’t care at all about current condition witch included a knee replacement or the risks involved. She pushed me into buying something that caused me more pain and risk to other long-term conditions. It was obvious she only cared about making a sale, not my safety or my health.
After using it for 3 week i could barely walk and went a food specialist and found out i had a Achilles tendon tear that caused the Plantar Fascia type pain. BEFORE WASTING YOU MONEY GO SEE YOU DOCTOR.

Andre helped us out today getting new inserts for my flat feet. I’ve worn inserts my entire life and these are going to be a game changer for me. I’ve paid $600 at the doctor for inserts that don’t even last me a year, so these are very reasonable for the lifetime system. Can’t wait to wear these 24/7 and keep feeling the difference in my feet and posture!

Andre helped us out so much when we went in for inserts for my boyfriend’s flat feet. He felt an immediate difference just while walking around the store. This place has a lifetime warranty and it’s a little pricey but that definitely makes it worth it!

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
