This is my first month with Pure barre and I really enjoy
Pure Barre is an amazing workout that truly defines and empowers you. It’s low-impact but incredibly effective — the small, precise movements target every muscle and make you feel stronger with each class. The exercises can be challenging, especially at first, but that’s what makes it so rewarding.
The instructors are motivating, supportive, and always help you push through those difficult moments. Even though it’s tough, you’ll enjoy it — there’s a great sense of accomplishment when you finish a class.
After just a few sessions, you start to notice better posture, more muscle tone, and a stronger, more confident version of yourself. The music, the positive energy, and the community make every class enjoyable.
If you want to sculpt your body, build confidence, and feel truly empowered, Pure Barre is the perfect choice!
I love Pure barre. It’s my favorite workout hands-down. They now have a variety of classes if you want more strength or stretching. My favorite instructors at Pure barre the Woodlands are Barbara, Heather, Amy, and Tasha! But all of them each have a tremendous amount of knowledge and are amazing!

The Define format at Pure Barre has been a total game-changer for me. It’s the perfect blend of low-impact strength training and intentional movement that pushes you beyond your comfort zone—without ever feeling overwhelming.
Since adding Define to my routine, I’ve noticed I’m not only physically stronger, but I feel more grounded and confident in my body. The focus on controlled, functional strength has improved my endurance, posture, and overall muscle tone in ways I didn’t expect.
But what’s surprised me most is the mental transformation. There’s something incredibly empowering about showing up, pushing through the burn, and finishing stronger than you started. Each class reminds me that I’m capable of more than I think—inside and out.
If you’re looking for a format that challenges you to grow physically and mentally, Define is it. Stronger muscles. Stronger mindset.

I absolutely love Pure Barre! The energy in the studio is always so uplifting, and the instructors are incredibly encouraging throughout every class. My favorite style of class is definitely Define. Define is the perfect mix of strength and endurance so I’m challenged in the best way, and I get to leave feeling stronger, more toned, and totally empowered. Can’t wait to go back for my next class!

I've done Pure Barre for 9 years now, almost 2,750 classes in, and people always ask me how I haven't burned out. A big part of it is the varied formats, always keeping me on my toes (literally and figuratively!)
Classic - super challenging but low impact, creates long lean muscles, and always changing choreo keeps it interesting. I definitely recommend anyone new starting with classic, and try to master the Pure Barre technique!
Empower - I have so much fun doing the moves, while simultaneously hoping they're almost over. The fast pace makes class go by SO fast, and I love the way it feels to get my heart rate up. It also is a great workout for toning, with a lot of the components of classic intertwined at a faster pace. (See: very few breaks haha!)
Define - this class is the epitome of 'as easy or hard as you want to make it' (depending on what weights you chose, there are people in class using 5 lb weights, people using 20 lbs, and everywhere in between! which is great, because everyone can find their perfect fit. Define has challenged my body in more ways than I knew possible!
I wouldn't be able to pick a favorite format, because a medley of all 3 is what makes Pure Barre effective, and fun!
